There is no doubt that these last months have been perhaps the most challenging we have collectively experienced in our lives. And while challenging, it underscores our passion and care for ourselves, each other and our community.
If you are like me, gaining knowledge and understanding of COVID-19 can help calm the nervous system. As a LMT, receiving massage also calms not only the nervous system, but also promotes realignment, connection and sense of wellness. This is where deep healing can happen and I am ready to serve you.

I will be following strict COVID-19 recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC). Following these guidelines are imperative for the safest experience for you and I.
Here is the protocol I will be following before, during, and after your massage session .
Scheduling:
I will only schedule 2 clients per day for in between generous cleaning protocol. You will receive a prescreening call regarding COVID-19 the day before your session.
Payment can be made at the time of scheduling or upon arrival. You may pay with cash, check or Venmo (Satya-Graha)
Arrival:
You will be met outside on my front porch. You must be wearing a mask when you arrive. A mask will be provided to those who need one. There will be hand sanitizer station available for you on the porch. I will be taking your temperature with a touch-less infrared thermometer and you will be asked the COVID-19 prescreening questions again prior to your session.
During your massage session:
There will be disposable massage table and face cradle coverings under your massage sheets, blankets and face cradles for your protection.
There will be an air purifier operating with a clean HEPA filter to circulate and purify the room.
You will be required to wear a face mask when lying supine (face up). For your comfort, you will not have to wear a mask while lying prone (face down), but there will be face cradle protection established.
Weather permitting, there is an option to have your massage outdoors on my private patio.
Post massage session:
Relax! Enjoy time to integrate you experience.
The restroom will be disinfected and ready for you. There will be a touchless soap dispenser, paper towels and hand sanitizer available.
Although there is hefty protocol, your safety and wellness are my priority. Be assured that your massage experience will be as it always has been: loving, dynamic, calming and integrative.
